- To take advantage of this offer, guests must have already booked a reservation at www.ExtendedStayDeluxe.com and have a valid confirmation number.
 - Guests must submit a claim, with a lower rate from a competing booking engine, within 24 hours of the reservation made on the Extended Stay Deluxe website.
- Guarantee will not be honored for check-in dates less than 72 hours from the time the claim is submitted.
- The competing booking engine’s rate must be for the same hotel, dates of travel, number of night(s), room type, and number of guests.
- Lowest Internet Price Guarantee does not include websites or rates where the hotel brand is not known until the booking is made.
- Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates. Unpublished rates include private rates, packaged rates, hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, (i.e. hotel stays, air travel, car rental, entertainment, restaurant vouchers, etc).
- Guarantee does not include special negotiated rates or membership rates, including corporate discount rates, group rates, any rates that require membership in a club such as AAA rates, Seniors rates, affinity program, or other organizations where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
- Rates must be readily available to the general public.
- For the purpose of the guarantee, the “rate” does not include any and all taxes, tariffs or fees imposed by any governmental authority (i.e. federal, state or local) on any Extended Stay Deluxe hotels or guests for the duration of the guest’s occupancy.
- Extended Stay Deluxe has the right to end this guarantee at any time without notice.
