To make a reservation, simply follow these four easy steps:

1. Enter your travel criteria: Select a state, metro area and hotel, enter your check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests, rate, and any promotion code (if applicable), then click on Go.

 

2. Select your room type & rate: Select the room and bed type, (i.e. Studio Suite with Queen bed), smoking or non-smoking, and applicable rate. Click on Book Room to continue the reservation process. You’ll note at the top of the page, we’ve added a Reservation Tracking bar, outlining where you are in the reservation process.

(Note: if you would like to view the room layout, click on the View Floor Plan link to the left of the rate. Also note, in the Hotel Information box, there is a link to access each of the pages with the selected hotel’s web site.)

 

3. Enter your personal information on our Guest Information page: If you plan to book with us frequently, you may want to create an account with us. By doing so, we will save your personal information so you won’t have to enter it every time you book. To create an account, click the Create Account button and follow the prompts. Once you’ve created your account, you will have the option to confirm the reservation from the bottom of the account set up page.

If you do not wish to establish a guest account with us, simply enter your personal information, then click on Confirm Reservation.

 

4. The Confirm Reservation page: Provides a recap of your reservation including, the hotel name and address, the confirmation number, the room type and rate booked. Note: the rate does not include any applicable sales tax or fees.

Additionally, within the Confirmation Page, you’ll find a link to the hotel’s web site to get Directions, information on our Cancellation Policy and what to do if you plan to Check-in after hours.

You will also receive a Reservation Confirmation in your email inbox.

Should you need to Review or Cancel a reservation you booked on our web site*, from any page within the site, click on Review/Cancel Reservations button in the left navigation area. Then follow these easy steps:

  1. Either enter your last name and confirmation number, or
  2. Your last name and credit card number, or
  3. Enter your login in information, then
  4. Click submit.

We will retrieve your reservation for your review.

From the Reservation Summary page, you will have the option to click on the Confirm Cancellation button to cancel your reservation. Once the reservation is cancelled, a cancellation number will be provided in addition to a cancellation confirmation sent your email inbox.

Our hotels and our web site were designed with our guests in mind. We hope that, from the moment you book us online until the time you leave our hotel, you’ll feel you received the best customer service and value in the industry.

*Only reservations made on our web site are viewable/cancelable on the web site. All other reservations must be cancelled via the toll-free number or the hotel direct.
